Knees are for more than just praying Fam! 😹 It has been brought to my attention that I have weak hip flexors so I've been throwing some resistance on my knee training. Usually will start body weight, then resistance to failure, and then back to body weight until fatigue. I actually honestly don't like this kettle bell version for knees since I have to keep my foot flexed, (preferring banded kicks), however I found it more directly targets the hip flexors as the resistance is perpendicular so this exercise has found a home in my routine. Try it out and tell me what you think! I both pulse it and finish with an isometric hold set, use it based on your needs! . 🎶: Startender Artist: A Boogie Wit da Hoodie

5 keys to sustainable training. 1.) Control the intensity of your sessions. •Most people’s hard days are too easy, and their easy days are too hard, leaving them training at medium all the time. Medium is fine for a steak, but not for training.
