Sometimes I wish I had a personal motivation coach who follows me everywhere and kicks my ass when I wanna give up. And I‘m sure I‘m not the only one. But here‘s the truth... and believe me you don‘t wanna hear this but I‘m not here to baby you.. and myself, haha. 😄🤷🏻‍♀️ The only one who can motivate you, who can make a change and kick you in the ass is... you guessed it: YOU! Getting up early is hard? Keeping a positive attitude is hard? Pushing yourself in difficult situations is hard? Well guess what: If it was easy, everyone would do it. But WHY is it so hard? Easy answered: Because it‘s not something we enjoy doing. If we do something we hate, day by day, we gonna end up stressed and unhappy. If we have something to look forward to, waking up early & pushing yourself becomes easy. You hate the way specific things make you feel? CHANGE them. Take risks, it‘s absolutely up to you. It IS hard, but it IS worth it! Let‘s not forget about the difficulties we have to face tho. Don‘t forget that you‘re not alone. You‘re human, it‘s ok to feel... SHIT sometimes. 💩 Life is not always rainbows and unicorns and if you‘re waiting for „the right time“ or „until you are ready“ then you‘ll never get there because no one is ever ready to do anything. So you might as well just do it because the right time is always NOW. 👊🏻💪🏻🔥

Here we go, 2018. Took this photo right before New Years Eve after an ok gym session. I ate way too much between Christmas and New Years which makes it ten times harder now to get back on track. And when I say “eating too much” I mean “shovelling crappy food into my body like a machine” which kicked me right back into my depression. Not proud of what I did there but now it’s all about focusing on getting back on track and kick ass in 2018. Let’s motivate each other to become our healthiest selves. Your body is your home, choose your fuel wisely. Your mind will always believe everything you tell it. Feed it with faith, truth and love. LET’S DO THIS, who is in? Comment 🙋🏻 or 🙋🏻‍♂️.
