Meatballs

Ingredients:
1.20 lb ground beef
1 large egg
1/4 c milk
1/2 c fresh grated parmesan
1/2 c panko bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp #Flavorgod Italian Zest
1 Tbsp #Flavorgod garlic lovers

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix all ingredients with hands.
Use a 1.5 Tbsp scooper to get even sized scoops.
Roll into balls.
Place onto lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Sauce:
14.5 oz stewed tomatoes, pulsed through food processor
6oz tomato paste
1/4 c tomato sauce

Once boiling, reduce to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.

2 cans of refrigerated French bread dough
12 meatballs, cut in half
Sauce
Mozzarella

Spray 2 mini cupcake pans with cooking spray. Set aside.
Take dough out of can and cut into 12 equal pieces.
Repeat with other dough.
Flatten each piece into a 3" disc
Place into cupcake wells.
Spoon about a teaspoon of sauce into each.
Next place one half of meatball on top.
Add a bit more sauce and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

4 Polish dogs

Directions 
1. Open up the crescent roll tube. Take 2 crescent dough triangles and connect them by pinching the seams together. This will form a rectangle-shaped piece of dough. Repeat until you have 4 pieces total.
2. Place the Polish dog on a piece of dough and fold the dough upwards on each side to form a bun. Pinch the ends together and place on a parchment lined  baking sheet. Repeat for each.

3-4 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/4 cup water

When steaming add broccoli, cover, and continue steaming about 3 minutes, or until florets are slightly tender and bright green. Place broccoli in a bowl and set aside. -- Using the same skillet, empty out any remaining water and return it to the stovetop burner. Add diced pancetta and cook 4-6 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally until slightly crispy. -- When the pancetta is done, add the broccoli you set aside back into the skillet with the pancetta and drippings. Stir the broccoli to heat through and coat with the pancetta fat. 3 ounces of diced pancetta
Juice and zest from 1 lemon
FlavorGod LEMON & GARLIC Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat about 3 tablespoons of water in a skillet over medium heat. When steaming add broccoli, cover, and continue steaming about 3 minutes, or until florets are slightly tender and bright green. Place broccoli in a bowl and set aside.

Using the same skillet, empty out any remaining water and return it to the stovetop burner. Add diced pancetta and cook 4-6 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally until slightly crispy.
--
When the pancetta is done, add the broccoli you set aside back into the skillet with the pancetta and drippings. Stir the broccoli to heat through and coat with the pancetta fat. As you're stirring, sprinkle broccoli generously with FlavorGod LEMON GARLIC Seasoning.

Add chicken cubes to hot pan and cook without touching for 2 minutes. Once 2 minutes is over, turn chicken cubes to cook on other side. And let cool for 1 minute. *Important note: preheating the sauté pan is very important, for the sauté you want the pan to be medium to high before the protein hits the pan.

First: Make the salad dressing.
Before the sauté, I like to make the salad dressing. Making salad dressing first gives it time to sit in the refrigerator and build in flavor.

Chicken Sauté Ingredients:
1 chicken breast / cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup - mustard / liquid/ yellow or Dijon
2 tablespoon - parsley / fine chop
1/2 tsp - Flavorgod Ketchup Seasoning
1/2 tsp - Flavorgod Pink Salt & Pepper
4 cloves  fresh garlic, smashed
1 tablespoon - ghee butter / or  as needed

Salad ingredients:
1 cup - spinach or arugula
1/4 cup - yellow bell peppers / diced
1/4 cup - cucumbers / diced
1/4 cup - tomatoes /mini / cut in half
1/4 cup - jicama / shredded

Salad Dressing Ingredients:
3 tablespoon - lemon juice / fresh
1/2 tablespoon - Dijon mustard, optional
3/4 cup - extra-virgin olive
To taste: Flavorgod Pink Salt & Pepper
To taste: Flavorgod Italian Zest Seasoning

Directions:
Make salad dressing. Refrigerate once done.
Sauté:
Heat a sauté pan on medium high heat for 1 minute.
Next Add 1 tbs ghee butter.
Season chicken cubes lightly with flavorgod Pink Salt & Pepper.
